The Star Gold Coast's Uncle Su is seeking an Assistant Sous Chef to support leading a dedicated kitchen team, ensuring consistently high-quality products and service. You will contribute to a dynamic, fine-dining environment and help maintain the restaurant's Cantonese culinary standards.

What are we looking for

• Proven Senior Chef experience required in a high-end, fine dining kitchen
• Cantonese/Mandarin language skills highly regarded
• Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
• Experience driving quality and consistency, with a passion for a diverse range of food and a keen desire for continuous learning
• Ability to ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchens
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
