Job summary

Camp Australia, Mount Barker service, is seeking a dedicated team member to design and maintain a safe, engaging program for primary-aged children before and after school and during school holidays. You’ll plan daily activities, prepare healthy snacks, and foster strong relationships with children, families, and the local school community.

This role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus after probation, a permanent contract, and benefits including retention grants, staff discounts, wellbeing days, and

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare and strong relationship skills.
• Completed or working towards a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Working with Children Check.
• Completed National Child Safety Training.
• Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates.
• Availability 6:30 am – 8:45 am and 2:45 pm – 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Valid RRHAN-MC and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.

In this role, you’ll design and maintain an engaging, safe, and compliant program. Plan exciting daily activities for primary-aged Children. Prepare and serve delicious, healthy snacks, and build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the local school community.

Receive a $3,000 sign-on bonus by joining Camp Australia!

This one-time taxable bonus will be paid to you at the end of your probation period, provided you are actively employed with Camp Australia and not within notice at this time. Eligible for new Camp Australia Employees.
