Job summary

Camp Australia is seeking an enthusiastic childcare professional to lead a dedicated team at Gorokan. You will design, implement, and monitor engaging daily activities for primary-aged children, ensuring a safe and supportive environment before and after school and during holidays.

You will prepare healthy snacks, nurture strong relationships with children, families, and local schools, and uphold a child-safe culture across all activities and spaces.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship-building skills.
• Completed or working towards a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability for early start and after-school hours (Mon-Fri).
• Food Safety Supervisor and Child Protection training certificates (or willingness to obtain).

In this role, you’ll design and maintain an engaging, safe, and compliant program. Plan exciting daily activities for primary-aged Children. Prepare and serve delicious, healthy snacks, and build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the local school community.

ABOUT YOU

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship‑building skills.

• Availability from 6:30 am - 8:30 am and 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
