Job summary

Camp Australia in Novar Gardens, Adelaide, is seeking an enthusiastic educator to lead a passionate team and create a safe, engaging program for primary-aged children.

You will design daily activities, prepare healthy snacks, and build strong relationships with children, families and the local school community, while maintaining high safety and inclusion standards.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship-building skills.
• Diploma or equivalent in childcare is required.
• Valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
• First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead a passionate team of educators to design and maintain an engaging program.

At our service in Novar Gardens, you’ll lead a passionate team of educators dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming space where children can relax, have fun, and flourish. In this role, you’ll design and maintain an engaging, safe, and compliant program. Plan exciting daily activities for primary-aged Children. Prepare and serve delicious, healthy snacks, and build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the local school community. Receive a $3000 sign on bonus by joining Camp Australia! This one-time taxable bonus will be paid to you at the end of your probation period, provided you are actively employed with Camp Australia and not within notice at this time.

About You

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship-building skills.
• Completed a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability from 7:00 am - 9:00 am and 2:45 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Valid Child Protection training Certificate.
• Rrhan and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• National Child Safety Training (or willingness to obtain).
