Camp Australia in Mount Barker seeks an enthusiastic childcare professional to design and maintain engaging programs for primary-aged children before and after school. You will plan daily activities, prepare healthy snacks, and build strong relationships with children, families, and local schools.

Role requires a Diploma or equivalent, a valid Working with Children Check, and current first aid / safety certifications.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent in progress
• Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Completed National Child Safety Training or willing to complete
• Valid First Aid/CPR/Anaphylaxis/Asthma certificates or willingness to obtain

At Camp Australia, children are at the centre of everything we do, guiding their growth before school, after school, and during the holidays. At our service in Mount Barker you’ll create a safe, welcoming space where children can relax, have fun, and flourish.

In this role, you’ll design and maintain an engaging, safe, and compliant program. Plan exciting daily activities for primary-aged Children. Prepare and serve delicious, healthy snacks, and build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the local school community.

Receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus by joining Camp Australia!

This one-time taxable bonus will be paid to you at the end of your probation period, provided you are actively employed with Camp Australia and not within notice at this time. Eligible for new Camp Australia Employees.

ABOUT YOU

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship-building skills.
• Completed or working towards a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Completed National Child Safety Training, or willing to complete it as required.
• Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability from 6:30 am - 8:45 am and 2:45 pm - 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Valid Child Protection training Certificate RRHAN-MC and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
