Job summary

A leading childcare service in Manly West, QLD, is seeking a Service Leader to guide a passionate team of educators. Responsibilities include designing engaging programs for children, nurturing relationships with families, and ensuring a safe environment. Qualifications

• Required to have a valid Working Blue Card or willingness to obtain one.
• Must have valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates or willingness to obtain them.
• Availability from 6:30 am - 8:30 am and 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Completed or working towards a childcare‑related Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Working Blue Card (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability from 6:30 am - 8:30 am and 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Valid Child Protection training Certificate and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
