Australian Outdoor Living is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to coach the Victorian sales team and drive exceptional customer outcomes and sales performance. The role is ideal for a top-performing salesperson ready to advance into leadership within a national company.

You will coach Design Consultants, monitor leads and quotes, onboard new team members, and analyze performance to identify growth opportunities. A competitive salary with bonuses is on offer and ongoing leadership training.

• Proven sales experience and a track record of achieving results.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and support Design Consultants to improve conversions and sales results.
• Monitor leads, appointments, quotes, and follow-up activity.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and developing new team members.
• Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Help manage customer escalations and fallout prevention.
• Work closely with customer service, production, and installation teams.
• Drive accountability, performance, and a winning team culture.
