Australian Outdoor Living is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to coach the Victorian sales team and drive exceptional customer outcomes and sales performance. The role is ideal for a top-performing salesperson ready to advance into leadership within a national company.

You will coach Design Consultants, monitor leads and quotes, onboard new team members, and analyze performance to identify growth opportunities. A competitive salary with bonuses is on offer and ongoing leadership training.
