• Proven leadership experience in premium, luxury or high-volume dining.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service.
• Drive luxury service standards and memorable dining experiences.
• Support roster management, labour optimisation and operational planning.
• Manage guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally.
