Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen in Australia is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of the restaurant. You will lead the team through busy services, train crew, and help improve guest experience while assisting with inventory and financial management.

• Experience leading a team within a busy, high volume hospitality environment.
• Experience in managing restaurant financials (P&L).
• RSA certification (Responsible Service of Alcohol).

Job Description

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the daily management of the restaurant. You will be leading the team through busy service periods, crew training, proactively improving guest experience, and supporting inventory and financial management as required. Our stores are open 7 days a week and we need managers with availability between the hours of 5AM - 1AM.
