Job summary

Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen in Brisbane is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations. You will lead the team through busy service periods, coach staff, and help drive guest satisfaction while monitoring inventory and basic financials.

Availability between 5AM and 1AM is required as stores operate 7 days a week. Ideal candidates bring experience in high-volume hospitality, a passion for developing teams, strong communication, and RSA certification.

Job Description

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the daily management of the restaurant. You will be leading the team through busy service periods, crew training, proactively improving guest experience, and supporting inventory and financial management as required. Our stores are open 7 days a week and we need managers with availability between the hours of 5AM - 1AM.
