Job summary

Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. You will lead the team during busy service periods, train crew, enhance guest experiences, and assist with inventory and financial management.

Availability is required between 5AM and 12AM across 7 days. This role offers a pathway to career growth, with benefits including bonuses and uniform provided.

Job Description

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the daily management of the restaurant. You will be leading the team through busy service periods, crew training, proactively improving guest experience, and supporting inventory and financial management as required. Our stores are open 7 days a week and we need managers with availability between the hours of 5AM - 12AM.
