We are looking for a motivated Property Administrator to join our dedicated on-site management team at the prestigious Forrest Centre in Perth. This position offers an excellent career move for an experienced commercial property professional, or a high-performing Residential Property Manager with the strong financial literacy needed to step into the commercial sector.

Working directly from our Level 14 office, you will join a collaborative team of four and play a pivotal role in maintaining exceptional service standards for both our high-profile tenants and asset owners, who are located within the building.

The role:

Working closely with the General Manager and Facilities Management team, you will help oversee the daily administrative and financial health of the asset. You will:

  • Manage purchase orders, process accounts payable, and code vendor invoices accurately.
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets, monthly reporting, and financial projects.
  • Maintain accurate tenancy schedules, property files, and key business metric reports.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to occupiers and maintain close communication with the engaged asset owners.
  • Partner with field management staff and client accounting services to ensure compliance.
  • Engage regularly with tenants to build strong rapport and identify upcoming operational needs.
  • Support the planning and execution of building events.
What you'll need to succeed:

To be successful in this position, you will bring a combination of skills and attributes, including:

  • Previous experience in commercial property management, or a strong residential background with a desire to step into the commercial sector.
  • A property or finance-related degree, or a strong fundamental understanding of accounting principles.
  • High enthusiasm, a genuinely inquisitive mindset, and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills to manage direct, face-to-face client and owner interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word, with a strong ability to analyse data.
So, what's in it for you?
  • A collaborative, high-trust team culture within a premium A-Grade commercial environment.
  • A highly visible position offering direct exposure to engaged asset owners and high-profile tenants.
  • The opportunity to work on site within a prestigious, fully managed commercial office tower.
  • Access to CBRE's world-class learning, wellbeing, and employee benefits programmes.
