Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Perth is seeking a Centre Manager to lead the commercial performance of a multi-site retail portfolio across Perth's north. Based in the CBD, you will own full P&L, drive leasing outcomes, manage retailer and owner relationships, and work with a Retail Manager and Facilities Manager.

This high-ownership role requires a proven multi-site retail property professional with strong financial, leasing, and stakeholder skills, WA licence preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Centre Manager in retail property.
• Strong leasing and financial management skills, with experience managing budgets and owner reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to institutional clients.
• Demonstrated experience leading or developing team members.
• WA Real Estate licence, or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Own centre strategy, budget and financial performance, including income targets, operating costs and capital works planning.
• Lead leasing activity across the portfolio, including negotiations, renewals and vacancy management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with IFM Investors, reporting regularly on portfolio performance and strategic priorities.
• Manage and develop your Retail Manager, and work closely with the Facilities Manager on operational outcomes.
• Engage with retailers, local councils, community groups and key stakeholders as the primary point of contact for the portfolio.

CBRE manages this retail portfolio on behalf of IFM Investors, and we're looking for a Centre Manager to lead commercial performance across a multi-site portfolio in Perth's north. Based in the CBD, you'll own the full P&L, drive leasing outcomes, manage retailer and owner relationships, and work alongside a Retail Manager and Facilities Manager who each take accountability for their respective disciplines.

In This Role, You Will

About You

You're an experienced retail property professional with a track record of delivering strong commercial results in a multi-site environment. You're comfortable with full P&L accountability, confident in front of institutional clients, and a natural at leading a team.

• Proven experience as a Centre Manager or equivalent in retail property
• Strong leasing and financial management skills, with experience managing budgets and owner reporting
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to institutional clients
• Demonstrated experience leading or developing team members
• A WA Real Estate licence, or willingness to obtain one
