Job summary

CBRE is seeking an experienced Retail Manager based in the Perth CBD to oversee lease administration, arrears, and owner reporting across a northern Perth portfolio. You will work with a Centre Manager and Facilities Manager to drive centre-level strategy while maintaining strong retailer relationships across multiple sites.

The role offers flexibility to blend office and site work, with opportunities to shape the commercial approach and portfolio performance in a respected institution.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Retail Manager or in a comparable retail property role.
• Strong working knowledge of lease administration, arrears management and owner reporting.
• WA Real Estate licence, or willingness to obtain one.
• Organised, self-directed and confident managing multiple sites and stakeholders.

• Prepare and deliver accurate owner reporting and financial summaries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.

CBRE manages this retail portfolio on behalf of IFM Investors, and we're looking for an experienced Retail Manager to handle lease administration, arrears, retailer relationships and owner reporting across a portfolio of northern Perth assets. You'll be based in the CBD and work closely with a Centre Manager and Facilities Manager who each bring complementary skill sets, so you can focus on what you do best.

In This Role, You Will

• Demonstrated experience as a Retail Manager or in a comparable retail property role
