Job summary

Savills Chatswood is seeking a proactive residential property administrator to support leasing, inspections, and tenant relations across the property lifecycle. Based in our Chatswood office, you will coordinate applications, coordinate contractors, and help with lease renewals, gaining exposure to a wide range of property management activities.

Ideal candidates have property admin experience, hold a Certificate of Registration, a valid driver’s licence and own vehicle, and can communicate

Responsibilities

• Support across marketing, leasing and application management for new tenancies.
• Complete routine and leasing inspections ensuring tenant compliance.
• Prepare Entry/Exit Condition Reports and assist with tenant onboarding.
• Coordinate contractors for property maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate lease renewal negotiations.
• Develop clear communication with property management staff, tenants, contractors, customers and clients.

Based in Savills Chatswood office, you'll gain exposure across all aspects of the property lifecycle, from leasing and inspections through to tenant relations and maintenance coordination. Offering variety, autonomy and ongoing development, this role provides the chance to strengthen your stakeholder management and property management expertise while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.

What You’ll be Doing

• Supporting across marketing, leasing and application management for new tenancies

• Coordination of contractors for property maintenance and repairs
• Coordination of lease renewal negotiations
• Understand the importance of and develop excellent lines of communication with all property management staff, tenants, contractors, customers and clients

What You’ll Bring

• Previous property administration experience advantageous
• Certificate of Registration, valid driver's licence and own vehicle required
• Strong communication skills with a professional presentation
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to work autonomously
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with strong time management abilities
