Savills in Sydney is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead operations for a portfolio within the Asset Management team. You will partner with Property Managers and clients to drive operational excellence, deliver capital improvements, and strengthen ESG outcomes.

Based in the Sydney CBD, the role provides exposure to asset management, stakeholder relationship building, and career development within a collaborative, client-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Facilities Management.
• Strong tenant and stakeholder focus.
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach to problems and decisions.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Overseeing day-to-day operations, maintenance, compliance, and performance of the property portfolio.
• Managing contractor and tenant relationships, including service delivery, maintenance requests, and tender processes.
• Monitoring building services and asset performance, and identifying capital upgrades and improvement opportunities.
• Supporting sustainability initiatives, ESG outcomes, budgeting, and CAPEX planning with the Property Manager.
• Preparing reports, audits, risk assessments, and documentation for clients and compliance.

As a Senior Facilities Manager within Savills' Asset Management team, you'll take ownership of a portfolio or assets, partnering closely with Property Managers and clients to drive operational excellence, lead capital improvement initiatives, enhance ESG performance, and deliver exceptional outcomes for tenants.

What You’ll be Doing

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, compliance, and performance of the property portfolio.
