Job summary

Blink Property Queensland Pty Ltd is seeking an Assistant Property Manager on the Gold Coast. This full-time role offers a salary of $65,000–$75,000 per year, depending on experience, and opportunities to lead and grow within a dynamic property management team across residential and commercial portfolios.

You will deliver exceptional client service from first contact through settlement, support property managers with leasing and maintenance tasks, and stay up to date with current legislation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in property management.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Highly organized with excellent time management.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation.
• Computer literacy including Property Me.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to new and existing clients from initial contact to settlement.
• Support the Property Managers with all national portfolios.
• Maintain high-quality standards in delivery of Property Management services.
• Keep up to date with relevant legislation.
• Support the Property managers with leasing and maintenance tasks.
• Assist with applications, arrears and vacates.
• Maintain high-quality standards in delivery of services in keeping with our brand and reputation.
• Handle and manage complaints, using complaints register and provide reports to Management as applicable.

We are a dynamic and growing Property Management Agency servicing property investors for both residential and commercial properties across the state of QLD, NSW, VIC, WA, NT and SA.

With a professional and dedicated property management team, we are looking for an Assistant Property Manager who can take our Agency to the next level of success and continue to lead and grow our team through positive leadership and enthusiasm.

About You

You must be an experienced Assistant Property Manager with a minimum of one to two years working within a property management Real Estate Agency.

With a contagious passion for Property Management, your skills and experience will reflect your high customer service standards.

About the Role

• Ability to identify issues and provide solutions
