Job summary

Colliers is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our Project Leaders team. This role offers exposure to clients across multiple industry sectors and support from senior staff in project delivery across the property lifecycle.

You will assist with scope, time, cost, and quality controls, contribute to tendering and payments processing, and help maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role within the industry.
• Degree or formal qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Design or Construction.
• Good communications skills both written and oral; ability to converse with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Project Managers & Senior Project Managers to provide superior team performance for clients in all aspects of project delivery including scope, time, cost and profitability, quality, human resources, communications, risk management, health, safety and environment and procurement.
• Assisting with the operational delivery of projects in line with client and contractual requirements; program and procedures; and all relevant legislation.
• Contributing to the project process particularly in relation to methodology, tendering, processing of payments, consultant management and site activities.
• Assisting in the development and maintenance of superior client and key stakeholder relationships.
• Assisting in meetings and minuting meetings as required.
