Job summary

Colliers in Sydney is seeking a proactive Assistant Project Manager to join our Project Leaders team. You will support project managers across a range of sectors, gaining exposure to client interactions and end-to-end project delivery.

Ideally you have 1–2 years in a similar role, good communication, and strong MS Office skills; familiarity with Microsoft Project is a plus. This full-time on-site role offers pathways to professional growth within a leading property services firm.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role within the industry.
• Ideally commenced or completed a degree or formal qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Design or Construction.
• Good communications skills both written and oral, ability to converse with all levels of staff.
• It is essential to be reasonably proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Project Managers & Senior Project Managers to provide superior team performance for clients in all aspects of project delivery including scope, time, cost and profitability, quality, human resources, communications, risk management, health, safety and environment and procurement.
