P&C Construction is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee market sectors within our project portfolio and drive successful delivery. You will lead staff, secure new opportunities, and ensure projects meet quality, time, and budget targets.

The role focuses on building professional client relationships, guiding project teams, and providing growth opportunities for staff while upholding P&C’s standards and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent field experience.
• Minimum seven years’ experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of construction management, estimating, scheduling and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages market sectors within P&C’s portfolio of projects.
• Responsible for securing new opportunities and managing a staff to ensure project completion is on time, within budget, and meets P&C’s quality standards.
• Develops and maintains professional and client relationships and provides development opportunities for project team members.
