Job summary

Ingenia Communities is seeking an Assistant Park Manager for Lake Conjola Holidays. You will support daily park operations, guest experience, and administrative tasks to ensure the park looks and runs at its best.

Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll work on occupancy, guest service, bookings, payments, and safety compliance, with a hands-on approach and a focus on delivering memorable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, tourism or fast-paced guest-facing environments.
• Ability to deliver high-quality guest service and resolve issues professionally.
• Experience with bookings and payments processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily park operations including occupancy, revenue delivery, presentation and guest experience.
• Deliver consistently high customer service, resolve guest issues and respond to feedback professionally.
• Assist with bookings, payments, reconciliations, invoicing, stock control and administrative processes.
• Support rosters, preventative maintenance and hands-on operational tasks across the park.
• Ensure safety, compliance and operational continuity, including after-hours emergency call-outs.

We’re on the lookout for aFull Time Assistant Park Manager to join our team at our Lake ConjolaHolidays site.

Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll play a key role insupporting daily park operations, guest experience, administration and compliance. You’ll be visible on the ground, helping guests, supporting the team, and making sure the park looks and operates at its best.

Lake Conjola Holidays offers a relaxed lakeside getaway, with beautiful natural surroundings, great facilities, and easy access to the South Coast’s beaches and outdoor attractions.

In this Role, You’ll

• Support daily park operations including occupancy, revenue delivery, presentation and guest experience

You’re Likely a Match If You

• Have experience working in a hospitality, tourism, accommodation or fast‑paced customer‑facing environment
• Communicate confidently and calmly, with the ability to show empathy and resolve issues positively
• Bring a proactive, hands‑on approach and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves when needed
• Have supported bookings, payments, stock control, admin tasks or assisted a supervisor or manager
• Take safety seriously, pay attention to detail, and take pride in delivering quality outcomes

You’re someone who brings energy, ideas, and a genuine passion for making a difference. You love working with people, solving problems, and creating moments that matter.
