Job summary

Ingenia Communities is seeking a Full Time Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our Lake Conjola Holidays site. You’ll lead shifts, deliver guest-focused service, and ensure high standards across food safety and venue operations.

Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll work a flexible roster, engage with guests, and coach a small team to maintain a welcoming environment that aligns with Ingenia’s values and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bring strong hospitality experience and a passion for creating warm, memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced venue environment.
• Are confident using Ingenia systems like Swift POS and Tribe, and can follow SOPs, venue processes and compliance requirements with care.
• Hold RSA, RCG (if required) and food safety certifications with knowledge of cash handling, licensing and customer service best practice.

Responsibilities

• Engage daily with park guests and members of the public, building strong relationships and elevating their overall experience.
• Work across a flexible roster, including school holidays, weekends and evenings, to support peak operational periods.
• Thrive in a physically active role involving regular lifting, standing, walking and hands-on tasks.
• Safely handle commercial cleaning chemicals in line with Material Safety Data Sheets and venue procedures.
• Stay current with changing legislative and compliance requirements to ensure a safe, high-quality venue environment.

We’re on the lookout for a superb Full Time Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at our Lake Conjola Holidays site.

Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading the team and ensuring they deliver exceptional guest service and quality food offerings. This role supports the Venue Manager with daily operations, leads shifts, and drives strong team performance while maintaining full compliance with food safety, licensing, and regulatory standards.

Set between the calm waters of Lake Conjola and pristine surf beaches, Ingenia Lake Conjola offers a relaxed coastal escape in a stunning natural setting.

• Are confident using (or keen to learn) Ingenia systems like Swift POS and Tribe, and can follow SOPs, venue processes and compliance requirements with care.
• Hold relevant certifications (RSA, RCG if required, food safety) and understand food safety, cash handling, licensing and customer service best practice.
• Lead by example — staying calm under pressure, supporting your team, and maintaining high standards across service, safety, and venue presentation.
• Are adaptable and proactive, working across varied shifts, jumping in where needed, and staying up‑to‑date with Ingenia policies, procedures and legislation.
• You’re someone who brings energy, ideas, and a genuine passion for making a difference. You love working with people, solving problems, and creating moments that matter.
