Ingenia Communities is seeking a casual Grounds & Maintenance Officer for Lake Conjola Holidays. You will maintain gardens, handle basic repairs, and respond to guest maintenance requests to keep the site welcoming and safe.

You should bring hands-on maintenance experience, knowledge of safety procedures and pool systems, and hold a current C class driver's license. Join a team that values flexibility and guest-focused service.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Maintain gardens: pruning, weeding, fertilising, replanting and edging.
• Keep the grounds clean and safe; manage debris and pool areas if present.
• Perform general repairs on tools, lighting, fencing and basic painting.
• Respond to maintenance requests and liaise with trades when needed.
• Log maintenance activities and support site presentation and security.

We’re on the lookout for a Casual Grounds & Maintenance Officer to join our team at our Lake Conjola Holidayssite.

Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping the park looking beautiful, safe, and welcoming - ensuring guests enjoy a clean, well-maintained environment every day.

In this Role, You’ll

• Maintain all garden areas through pruning, weeding, fertilising, replanting, mulching, hedging, mowing and edging.
• Keep grounds clean and safe by clearing debris, collecting bins, spraying for weeds/pests, and maintaining pool areas (if applicable).
• Carry out general repairs and maintenance, including tools, equipment, lighting, fixtures, fencing, BBQs and basic painting.
• Respond to resident/guest maintenance requests, provide feedback on contractor work, and elevate issues to trades when needed.
• Support site presentation and security by reporting damage or incidents and accurately logging all maintenance and repair activities.
