Job summary

Anaconda Rockhampton is seeking a capable Team Leader/Assistant Manager to inspire a high-performing store team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll lead daily operations, coaching staff, driving service, sales, merchandising and stock management to meet budgets.

This role offers a competitive salary, quarterly profit share, four weeks of annual leave and uniform and discounts across SRG brands, with a rotating roster to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role within a large-format retail environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of up to 20 team members
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing high stock volume
• Passion for the outdoors (highly desirable!)
• First Aid certified (or willing to be trained at our expense)
• Must have Full-Time availability across late nights and weekends
• Full working rights within Australia
