Job summary

Anaconda, part of the Spotlight Retail Group, seeks a Team Leader at its Brendale HQ to build the biggest Apparel and Footwear department in the country and lead a team to deliver the ultimate customer experience.

You will coach and develop your team, drive service, sales and merchandising, and take ownership of product management within your department to smash budgets and targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role within a large-format retail environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of up to 20 team members.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing high stock volume.
• First Aid certified (or willing to be trained at our expense).
• Full-Time availability across late nights and weekends.
• Full working rights within Australia.

• Experience in a leadership role within a large-format retail environment

• Ability to understand sales trends, top sellers, key performers
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing high stock volume
• Passion for the outdoors (highly desirable!)
• First Aid certified (or willing to be trained at our expense)
• Must have Full-Time availability across late nights and weekends
• Full working rights within Australia
