Stylerunner Bondi Junction is seeking an inspiring Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional in-store experiences. You’ll coach staff, manage daily operations, and ensure the store remains on brand.

Collaborate with the Area Manager to identify opportunities for growth, team development, and elevated performance while maintaining a culture of confidence and personal growth. Availability Tue–Sat and a passion for fashion and wellness are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in retail management (store or assistant level).
• A confident, driven, and inspiring leadership style.
• Passion for fashion, wellness, and the Stylerunner aesthetic.
• A proven track record of smashing sales and KPI targets.
• Experience managing rosters, stock, shrinkage & wage control.
• A “Make it Happen” mindset — strategic, proactive, and solutions-focused.
• Strong operational, VM, and customer service skills.
• Availability for a Tuesday–Saturday roster.
