Job summary

Park Hyatt Melbourne is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee The Lounge & Garden and Radii Restaurant & Bar as a standalone profit centre. You will lead a team, uphold Hyatt standards and ensure top-tier guest experiences across service areas.

You will supervise day-to-day operations, assist with rosters and training, and collaborate with departments to drive productive and high-quality service in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory/managerial experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Current Victorian RSA certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Create and communicate rosters, delegate tasks and responsibilities.
• Manage restaurant staffing levels based on occupancy and service needs.
• Provide training and onboarding support for new team members.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure daily outlet productivity.
