Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. The role involves sales, merchandising, training, recruiting, and leadership responsibilities across daily operations.

The position progresses from AIT to an Assistant Manager with higher level duties, including training Teammates, managing performance, and stepping in for the Store Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Educational requirement: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to train, motivate and develop Teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service.
• Recruit and train Teammates; lead in the Store Manager's absence.
• Drive sales, merchandising, and store operations.
• Manage visual standards and product display.
• Assist with store leadership and performance tracking.
• Support scheduling, training, and store development initiatives.
