Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. This role includes sales, merchandising, coaching Teammates, and ensuring store standards are upheld across front areas, fitting rooms and the register.

The position progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with additional duties. You will participate in training, leadership, and guest-focused initiatives to drive performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 months related retail experience or training.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide Legendary service.
• Answer questions about store and merchandise and guide Guests to items.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high customer service standards.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Execute loss prevention and policy guidelines in daily operations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to drive sales goals and department focus.
