Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and drive sales across the store.
• Train and coach team members to reach their best performance.
• Maintain store safety standards and cleanliness.
• Manage stock and minimise losses through effective inventory control.
• Work with the team on registers, stocking shelves and merchandising.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement ideas.
• Run the store when the Store Manager is on leave.
