Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support store leadership, drive sales, and deliver legendary guest service in Queensland. You will mentor teammates, participate in recruiting, merchandising, and daily operations under the Store Manager and Leadership Team.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, advising on merchandise, maintaining visual standards, and executing loss-prevention practices while upholding Buckle's mission and code of ethics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service
• Assist Guests in locating merchandise and advise on product options
• Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies, and procedures
• Lead by example with showmanship and high standards in sales and guest interactions
• Coordinate with Store Manager and Leadership Team on recruiting, training and development
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store following Buckle standards
