Nude Lucy in Homebush DFO is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager who thrives in a boutique environment. You will support the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive commercial results, and lead a high-performing team in line with the Nude Lucy aesthetic.

You'll step into a leadership role, manage daily operations, rostering, stock reporting, and visual merchandising, and you’ll help create a space customers love and a team that loves to work.

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience (as a Supervisor, 2IC or similar).
• Strong affinity for minimalist Nude Lucy aesthetic.
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for elevating in-store experiences.
• Leadership qualities – motivator, team player and positive role model.
• Attention to detail and visual merchandising skills.
• Experience supporting daily operations, reporting and KPI targets.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities
