Nude Lucy is seeking a Store Manager to lead our NSW presence at Castle Towers. You will drive exceptional in-store experiences, coach a high-performing team, and manage daily operations to deliver strong commercial results for a boutique-style brand within a dynamic retail group.

You will shape the Nude Lucy footprint in New South Wales, maintain brand standards, and collaborate with visual merchandising to ensure consistent presentation. Join a fashion-forward team with growth opportunities.

• Proven leadership experience in fashion or boutique retail.

About The Role

As the Store Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in establishing and growing our Nude Lucy footprint in New South Wales. You’ll lead from the front, cultivating an elevated customer experience, driving commercial outcomes, and developing a passionate team who live and breathe the brand. • Proven leadership experience in fashion or boutique retail
