• Previous retail leadership experience (Supervisor/2IC or equivalent).
• Strong affinity for minimalist Nude Lucy aesthetic and brand styling.
• Customer-first mindset with passion for elevated in-store experiences.

• High attention to detail and ability to manage visual merchandising.
• Experience supporting daily operations, rostering, reporting and KPIs.
