Nude Lucy is seeking an experienced Store Manager in NSW to lead our boutique footprint, delivering an elevated customer experience and driving commercial outcomes. You will develop a passionate team aligned with the Nude Lucy ethos, and manage store operations, stock, and reporting in a fashion-forward retail group.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in fashion or boutique retail.
• Customer-first mindset with focus on elevated in-store experiences.
• Strong people leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.
• Attention to detail and visual presentation in a boutique environment.
• Experience in managing store operations, financial reporting and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and store standards.
• Coach and develop staff to meet individual and store KPIs.
• Oversee rostering, stock management and reporting.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to maintain brand consistency.

About the Role:

As the Store Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in establishing and growing our Nude Lucy footprint in NSW. You’ll lead from the front, cultivating an elevated customer experience, driving commercial outcomes, and developing a passionate team who live and breathe the brand.
