Nude Lucy is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager for our Indooroopilly store. Join a boutique-brand environment and lead a team to deliver exceptional service and a premium in-store experience.

As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager, drive commercial results, and uphold brand standards while growing with a dynamic Australian fashion group.

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience (supervisor or similar).
• Affinity for minimalist Nude Lucy aesthetic and brand style.
• Customer-first mindset with focus on elevated in-store experiences.
• Strong leadership, motivation, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service and store presentation.

As the Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to cultivate an elevated customer experience, drive strong commercial results, and support a high-performing team who live and breathe the brand. You'll step up as a leader, take ownership of daily operations, and help build a beautiful space where customers love to shop and your team loves to work.
