Job summary

Nude Lucy is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in Harbour Town, Biggera Waters, to elevate every customer touchpoint and drive store performance.

You’ll lead a boutique team, coach and develop staff, manage daily operations, and maintain visual standards while upholding the Nude Lucy aesthetic and brand values.

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience (Supervisor/2IC or similar).
• A strong affinity for minimalist Nude Lucy aesthetics.
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for elevated in-store experiences.
• Leadership qualities: motivator, team player, positive role model.
• High attention to detail and visual merchandising skills.
• Experience supporting daily operations, reporting and targets.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service and store presentation.
• Help coach and develop team members to achieve individual and store KPIs.
• Assist in managing daily operations including rostering, stock management, and reporting.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive working environment.
• Step up and lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
