Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership roles (supervisor, 2IC or similar).
• Strong affinity for minimalist Nude Lucy aesthetic.
• Customer-first mindset focused on in-store experiences.
• Demonstrated leadership: motivate, coach, set example.
• High attention to detail and visual merchandising skills.
• Experience supporting daily operations, reporting and KPIs.
