Actrol, a Reece group brand in Broadmeadow, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations and support technicians and tradespeople with product access. You’ll drive high service levels, manage a team, and contribute to a safe, efficient branch environment.

The ideal candidate will have retail management or customer service experience, hold a valid driver’s license, and be proficient with POS systems. A career‑minded professional should enjoy developing within our network.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail management or customer service is required.
• Clean, valid driver’s licence is preferred.
• Competency in using Point of Sale systems and quick adaptation to new systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customised customer service solutions for trade customers.
• Oversee staff management and ensure OHS compliance and branch upkeep.
• Take ownership of debt management and resolve customer complaints.
• Build strong relationships with customers and coach staff to do the same.

Whether it’s a small fridge or walk-in unit, we help fridgies to keep it cool.**About the Role**As part of the leadership team in Broadmeadow, you will support local technicians and tradespeople access all the products they need to maintain essential refrigeration services.
