Job summary

Reece Australia Pty Ltd Broadmeadow is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations and support local technicians and tradespeople with exceptional customer service. You will manage a small team, drive debt management, resolve customer issues, and maintain high standards of safety and service.

Applicants should have retail management or customer service experience, a valid driver's license, and be comfortable with Point of Sale systems.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail management or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
• A clean, valid driver’s licence
• Competency in using Point of Sale systems or being able to pick up new systems quickly.
• Wanting to develop your career - either locally, within our network

About the Role

As part of the leadership team in Broadmeadow, you will support local technicians and tradespeople access all the products they need to maintain essential refrigeration services. This role is a blend of customer relationship building, team leadership, and daily store operations, all aimed at maintaining a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
