Job summary

Rockwell Group Proprietary Ltd – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking an Assistant Café Manager to help lead Romolo Espresso Cucina’s busy Strand Arcade café in Sydney. You will support the Café Manager with daily operations, lead shifts and run the café in the manager's absence, while working alongside the team on the floor during busy service.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership and communication skills, a friendly professional approach, and a practical, hands-on attitude with good coffee
