Job summary

Burson is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales and motivate the Abbotsford team. This hands-on role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, managing inventory, and upholding safety standards across the store.

You will support the Store Manager and work with a close-knit team to connect customers with the right parts and solutions, contributing to strong store performance and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Experience in a driven, diverse team environment.
• Ideally experience in automotive parts sector.
• Ability to engage with, and motivate team members.
• Customer-focused with strong time management and attention to detail.
• OH&S experience with sound administrative skills and computer literacy.
• Current full driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Handle automotive parts queries from trade and retail/DIY customers.
• Provide a high level of customer service with emphasis on retention and development.
• Assist with inventory control.
• Maintain store standards and adhere to company policies, procedures and OH&S compliance.
• Support the Store Manager.
