Job summary

Burson Brunswick is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to lead day‑to‑day operations, drive sales and motivate the team to perform at their best.

You’ll manage automotive parts queries from trade and retail customers, uphold store standards, support the Store Manager and foster a collaborative, customer‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment.
• Experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors) preferred.
• Ability to engage with, and motivate team members.
• Client-driven with strong time management abilities and attention to detail.
• OH&S experience, with sound administrative skills and computer literacy.
• Current full driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Handle automotive parts queries from trade and retail/DIY customers.
• Provide high level customer service with emphasis on retention and development.
• Assist with inventory control.
• Maintain store standards and adhere to company policies, procedures and OH&S compliance.
