Job summary

Burson is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to lead day-to-day operations at our Manunda branch. You will drive sales, motivate the team and ensure outstanding customer service.

Join a supportive, close-knit team within a nationwide network. You’ll manage inventory, uphold store standards and assist the Store Manager while delivering great service to trade and retail customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts sector or related sectors.
• Client-driven with strong time management abilities and attention to detail.
• OH&S experience with sound administrative skills and computer literacy.
• Current full driver's license

• Handling automotive parts queries from trade and retail/DIY customers
• Provide a high level of customer service with an emphasis on customer retention & development
