Job summary

Burson, Australia’s preferred trade supplier of parts, tools and workshop equipment, invites applications for an Assistant Store Manager at the Brunswick branch. You’ll lead day‑to‑day operations, drive sales and mentor your team to perform at their best in a fast‑paced environment.

This 2IC role focuses on customer service, stock control and adherence to OH&S. You’ll support the Store Manager and foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture that connects customers, people and our business

Qualifications

• An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment.
• Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors).
• The ability to engage with, and motivate team members.
• Client-driven with strong time management abilities & attention to detail.
• OH & S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy.
• Current full driver’s license.

• Handling automotive parts queries from trade and retail/DIY customers
• Provide a high level of customer service with an emphasis on customer retention & development
