Burson, part of the Bapcor Group, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Manunda branch in Cairns. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive sales, and motivate a diverse team while delivering outstanding customer service.

This hands-on role requires inventory control, adherence to OH&S policies, and strong team leadership. You’ll be supported by a collaborative culture and attractive employee benefits at Burson.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment.
• Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors).
• Ability to engage with and motivate team members.
• Client-driven with strong time management abilities and attention to detail.
• OH&S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy.
• Current full driver’s license.

As an Assistant Store Manager atBurson, you’ll play a hands-on role in leading day-to-day operations, driving sales, and motivating your team to perform at their best.

We’re on the lookout for a motivated Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to support our Manunda branch. At Burson, you’re never just a number—you’ll be part of a supportive, close‑knit team working together to connect our people, our customers, and our business every single day.

Key Responsibilities
