Job summary

BravoFit, the Australia franchisee of Planet Fitness, invites applications for a Club Manager to lead a high‑performing gym in Adelaide. You will supervise daily operations, drive member satisfaction, and coach staff across all shifts to ensure a welcoming, clean, and safe environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in a similar role, valid First Aid/CPR, WWC for relevant states, and a current National Police Check. This full-time position offers growth within a fast‑growing fitness brand.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar field.
• First Aid and CPR certifications required, with copy or ability to obtain within 3 weeks.
• WWC certificate required; NSW & VIC, Blue Card QLD.
• National Police Check within 12 months of application.
• Internal candidates must have AGM checklist completed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee gym operations according to defined policies.
• Manage staff scheduling and payroll coordination.
• Drive member service and retention initiatives.
• Lead marketing efforts and promotions.
• Ensure cleanliness and appearance of the club.

Remit

• Oversees the entire operation of the gym according to defined policies
• Responsible for the completion of all administrative tasks and reports
• Supervises all team members

• Accepts applications and interviews candidates

• Meets and greets potential members and provides them with a tour of the club
• Handles member problems and questions
• Engages in competitive shopping
• Ensures the gym opens and closes promptly
• Pitches in and performs a variety of tasks as needed

Experience

• Must possess at least 3 -5 years of experience in a similar field.
• Internal candidates must have completed the AGM checklist.
• Must be currently First Aid and CPR certified and provide club with a copy of the First Aid and CPR certification or willing to obtain within first three weeks.
• Must have your WWC (working with children) certificate/ number NSW & VIC, Blue Card QLD from employment commencement date or proof that the process has started.
• Must have completed a National Police Check certificate. NOTE- The NPC Certificate must be within 12 months of application date.
