Job summary

BravoFit in Australia is seeking a customer-focused front desk team member to greet members, manage memberships, and support daily club operations. You will explain the Judgement Free Zone, assist guests, and handle inquiries with a positive, can-do attitude.

Role requires friendly communication, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced gym environment. On-site position with opportunities to grow within the BravoFit network.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is advantageous
• Certifications: Certificate 3 in Fitness is advantageous
• Must be currently First Aid and CPR certified and provide a copy or obtain within first three weeks
• Must have WWC (working with children) certificate/ number NSW & VIC, Blue Card QLD from employment commencement date or proof that the process has started
• Must have completed a National Police Check certificate within 12 months of application date

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting members and guests upon entry and exit
• Monitor club access for members and guests
• Address questions and resolve member complaints
• Explain the Judgement Free Zone (JFZ) principles to members and guests
• Handle information calls and take messages
• Provide club tours to prospective members
• Sell memberships and process membership agreements
• Operate the POS system and manage balances due
• Schedule and coordinate PE @ PF hourly sessions
• Maintain front desk appearance and organize daily routines
• Complete member welcome calls and daily cleaning tasks
• Assist with club housekeeping and restocking supplies
• Support new team members with guidance and training
• Contribute to monthly maintenance of Black Card Spa as assigned

Remit

• Greeting and saying goodbye to all members and guests.
• Monitoring club access to members and non-members.
• Answering any questions and handling member complaints.
• Having an excellent understanding of the Judgement Free Zone and explaining the JFZ to all members and non-members.
• Answering info calls over the phone and taking messages.
• Giving club tours.
• Selling memberships, completing membership agreements, and entering new members into the database.
• Operating the Point-of-Sale system and collecting any balances of past due accounts.
• Making appointments for PE @ PF hourly sessions.
• Organizing and maintaining the customer service front desk.
• Completing member welcome calls
• Completing daily cleaning zones as assigned by management team
• Completing club walk arounds
• Assisting with club housekeeping and restocking any paper products in locker room.
• Perform beginning of the day and end of the day procedures.
• Making yourself available to newer team members for questions and guidance.
• Completing monthly Black Card Spa maintenance as assigned by management team.

Experience/Qualifications
