Job summary

Planet Fitness Australia in Melbourne area is seeking an Assistant General Manager (Full Time) for Sunshine North. You will lead daily gym operations and support a fast-growing brand focused on a welcoming, non-intimidating fitness environment.

You will supervise staff, manage member services, and coordinate administrative tasks to keep the club running smoothly. Requires 3–5 years in a similar field, First Aid/CPR, WWC, and a National Police Check within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar field.
• Internal candidates must have completed the AGM checklist.
• Must be currently First Aid and CPR certified and provide club with a copy of the First Aid and CPR certification or willing to obtain within first three weeks.
• Must have your WWC (working with children) certificate/ number NSW & VIC, Blue Card QLD from employment commencement date or proof that the process has started.
• Must have completed a National Police Check certificate. NOTE- The NPC Certificate must be within 12 months of application date.

Prepares all administrative forms and reports

Meets and greets potential members and provides them with a tour of the club

Pitches in and performs a variety of tasks as needed

Experience
